During operation, the conveyor will be affected by impact forces, vibration, and other factors, which will cause pollution such as flash and dust spillage. When a traditional flat skirt board is used, the following problems will arise 1. Frequent adjustments and replacement of skirt boards are required; 2. The maintenance costs are too high; 3. Belt scratching will be caused.

Our double-layer composite anti-spillage skirt board is vulcanized by natural rubber and polyurethane. The double-layer design properly gets rid of the above problems. It has the following characteristics:

1. The Double-layer design, with the inner layer separating the conveyed materials and the outer layer isolating dust. The part in contact with the belt and materials is made of polyurethane, which can effectively prevent material spillage and extend the service life of the skirt board;

2. Double-layer design: the external dust-proof side can always maintain appropriate pressure with the belt to achieve suppress dust as the conveyor vibrates;

3. Each meter of the anti-spillage skirt board is equipped with two grippers and 1m aluminum alloy angle steel; the bracket and aluminum alloy angle steel are firmly connected to each other, enabling easy and quick installation;

4. The height and length of the anti-spillage skirt board are customizable according to the actual size of the guide trough. During use, proper adjustment can be made based on the actual wearing condition.
